Customer Process Documentation
It’s our goal every day to make sure that our customers, and even their customers, are always satisfied. To help achieve that goal, we establish, maintain, and continuously review and improve customer-specific process documentation. These are the steps that ensure that the customer’s critical performance requirements will always be met and that their customers will always be satisfied.
Customer processes and quality requirements are rigorously documented and form the foundation of the process instructions for each warehouse account. These process documents are maintained on the online Employee Resource Center (ERC). Our entire staff has immediate, continuous access to these documents as well as the ability to request changes or improvements to them. These documents are the authority for training each warehouse employee to know and understand the requirements for each customer and product and to be able to work effectively to accomplish them.
